We believe that ‘Hyper Hai Toh Fresh Hai’, and in saying so, HyperCITY marched towards freshness as it welcomed the flavours of Britain at its Malad store with open arms and grand celebrations. Collaborating with The UK Department for International Trade to bring #TastesOfBritain to our customers, we brought together a total of 40 premier UK food brands under one roof, which was the first of its kind in India.
The festival was inaugurated by Kumar Iyer, British Deputy High Commissioner to Mumbai and Director General UK Trade, Economics and Prosperity and Ramesh Menon, CEO, HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. The two experimented with their culinary skills using the
assorted UK food products while interacting with the food-loving customers present.
#TastesOfBritain was celebrated from 8th-31st March at our Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru stores. During the festival, we kept our customers’ weekends fresh as we hosted cooking sessions with chefs preparing delicacies using these assorted food products. HyperCITY also showcased the basic ‘how to’ of preparing traditional English dishes, including Cranberry Sponge Pudding and a Full English breakfast during #TastesOfBritain.
Since our customers deserve the very best, it was only fair to make sure their days were freshened up with diverse flavours from the UK. Afterall, Hyper Hai Toh Fresh Hai.
